Refund policy

Return Period & Initiation:

Customers must initiate return requests within seven (7) business days of receipt. The return window starts the day tracking indicates the delivered status.
For split package orders, the window starts upon final package delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must use the “Orders” section on their account page.


Eligible Items for Return:

Only unworn items with original tags, clear garment packaging, and SKU labels are eligible for returns. The item must be unaltered and in its original packaging.
The following categories are final sale and not eligible for returns:
Bodysuits, Jewelry, Swimwear


Return Shipping & Handling:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or the item being damaged upon arrival.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Processing Returns:

Items must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.
Customers should be prepared to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know
if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@limchic.com.


Disputes:

Customers may not initiate credit card disputes or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us.


Return Classifications:

No Return: Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with exceptions for incorrect or damaged items.
Returns Accepted: If an item is less than satisfactory, customers may request a return for a refund.
Free Return: In certain cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label for eligible items deemed less than satisfactory.
